Established in 1975, Rocco and Michele Festa cleverly combined their names to form “Rochele”, a painting powerhouse, now in its second generation. Siblings Jeremy, Samuel and Ali run the business taking pride in what their parents established and have grown the company bigger and better than what they could have ever imagined.

This option gives the strata industry an incredible amount of flexibility when it comes to repairs and maintenance as all plans can be customised to suit the building’s needs and sinking fund requirements, ranging from six months up to 10 years.
